The look you're going to get when I called yesterday and speak to someone for about 8 minutes to reschedule an appointment that they had scheduled for me that I never agreed to, and supposedly that appointment was canceled for today. Only to receive a phone call and text messages to ask me if I was still coming into my appointment today and that no appointment had been scheduled for October 26th. Then to get another text message saying sorry for the confusion you are scheduled for October 26th but are you available today at 3:30? Yeah, wow.
